Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Levenor, we are committed to crafting only premium and high-quality formal shirts and pants for you.

Since most of our products are either premium ready-to-wear or specially made-to-measure (customized), our return policy is strict.

1. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Your product will only be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product is found to be damaged upon delivery.
  • Wrong Fabric/Product: If you ordered a specific fabric or product and received a different one by mistake.
  • Torn/Defective: If the product is already torn or has a major manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect Measurement from Our Side: For customized orders, if the final product does not match the measurements you provided.

No return or exchange will be accepted for any other reason, including general size/fit issues for non-customized items or change of mind.

2. Rules for Customized Orders (Custom Fit Items)

Customized shirts and pants, which are created based on the measurements you provide, will not be eligible for Return or Refund if the issue is solely related to incorrect measurements provided by you, the customer. We assist you with measurement guidance, but the responsibility for final accurate measurements lies with you.

If a customized product has any of the other 'eligible' defects mentioned above (damage, wrong fabric, torn, or incorrect measurements from our side), we will either repair the item free of charge or replace it.

3. Return Process

  • You must notify us via the contact us page or email within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • You must send clear pictures of the damage, defect, or measurement discrepancy to our team.
  • Our team will verify your request and arrange for a return pick-up.
  • Once the product is received and passes the quality check, we will initiate your refund or replacement process.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer support with your order ID. After this period, the order will be sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

A refund will only be issued if repairing or replacing the product is not possible. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.
